Horrible customer service

My daughter is a student at Varsity College Sandton Campus. She has just completed her degree and now needs her academic transcript and letter of completion. She submitted a graduation enquiry last week but it has been completely ignored. She also tried calling the campus and was left on hold for an hour. It’s hugely frustrating that we need to jump through hoops to get these documents.

I have not yet had any feedback on this issue. My daughter has tried contacting the Student Hub and was told that this may be sent out on 10 February 2025. This is unacceptable.
