Hopeless Refund process

I have registered for a course bookkeeping course in January and was not informed that the course will take place in Pretoria till i called Gloria and was advised of it ,I than asked for a refund and was that refereed to Solanda who will sort out my refund i have been sending numerous email to them for the refund and till today i have not received and refund or a reply to my email ,They are very quick to ask for the money upfront but cannot assist in refunding me my money im tired of being **** to all the time by this hopeless service ,My company has paid for my fees and is deducting every month from my salary,until the refund is paid to them
