Funds not reflecting on statement and Varsity College refuses to help

At the beginning of the year we were asked to pay R1750 for registration to which my mother said she’d paid already but they asked us to pay again. It turns out that we didn’t have to and unfortunately we used the wrong reference to which we’ve called time and time again and asked them to rectify it and they said they would. 3 weeks ago a debit order couldn’t go through because there weren’t funds in the account at the moment and they were on us 2 days after asking us to make payment and to which I did. I referred back to the incident of the fact that an amount is not reflecting on our statement and we paid extra and the lady said I should send proof of payment and she would action it. It’s been weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent email after email and when you call no one can help you. This is unacceptable Varsity College. Please get your finance in order and make sure that we are refunded.
