I'm a 3rd year student at varsity college , I have outstanding modules that I've been querying with the student hub and rosebank college, the ladies knew of the case at rosebank college didn't help at all and than told me to make up some personal issues in order to get this resolved but I wouldn't because they failed to capture my marks and give me new dates in order to write the assessments I missed. The modules I've been asking about is over a year and it seems since as a student complains nothing is ever done and they want to bleed us students dry , I can't pay for modules that they didn't capture and I did record a phone conversation in regards to who is dealing with the matter and how come this has taken over 2 years really?? It's baffling at the disregard and disrespect the IIE studenthub shows students. I app**** for a mishap for ANTE 110 which I couldn't make it for the 8:00 sitting on Monday where the earliest bus out is at 06:00 which I can catch in Soweto Jabulani, the bus got stuck on the freeway and it's impossible that I could make it in time since I'd have to wait for the next bus that comes across us and I don't have Uber money to spend and it's not like the campus would reimburse me now they declined my mishap application and this is a phased out program for your information which I have no clue what happens now because I can go to the death trap which is rosebank college with ********* outside the very entrance and Pretoria isn't an option for me , I've made dozens of call to the student hub and I have no idea who's dealing with my case and why it's been declined, this matter has become so depressing really.
