False advertising and lack of communication!

I app**** and completed a registration for higher certification in office admin. My chosen campus was Sandton. Through out application and registration process i was the one basically calling and emailing for feedback. My fees for 2020 were paid in full by the company I work for(ombudsman for banking services) .... Now... 2 weeks before classes should start... And again after my own follow up... I am told that the course will only be offered in Pretoria Campus because most students prefer it and they will not accomodate 1 student from Sandton.... Understood.... Where's the compromise option.. I could have tried midrand... But Why advertise the option of even choosing a different one??? Why 2 weeks before classes start to inform me of this when i could have looked for an alternative in January. I am currently extremely inconvenienced by having to look for an alternative at this point where I should be looking for to studying with what appeared to be a reputable college. The consultant told me that the recruitment manager said there was nothing they can do and they can offer me a refund..... This wasn't even the Damn point. Their service is beyond pathetic
