Failed communication, no empathy

I app**** for a replacement test for one of my modules. According to the student hub, I was to be notified on my varsity college email of the outcomes ! Pathetic varsity college didn’t bother to inform me on there, until I enquired and was told that they had communicated, on the day of the scheduled replacement and I missed and I am told it’s my fault ! They communicated on my personal email that I hardly make use of when they said clearly they’d inform me on the school one.

Furthermore, I encountered financial and personal issues and was referred to somebody in management in order to communicate my grievances. I received no help.

Varsity college is one of the most frustrating institutions to be part of and I hate it ! We struggle so much and they don’t have a welcoming environment at all. Everything to them is about money and said “policy” that they don’t even fully uphold. I advise everyone to stay away from them !
