Educator or Money Maker?

My sons has been having numerous problems with assignments not being marked, him receiving 0% for assignments which was handed in on time. Now at the end of the year we are faced with the situation where he is being denied writing his Business Management Exam due to them refusing to mark his assignment, which was handed in on time, but they claim that the manual copy did not have the electronic submittance form attached - although my son requested the person taking the manual assignment to check if everything is there, and him confirming this. My son will not receive is qualification which means he will not be able to enroll for graduate studies next year at University. My thoughts are now that they are making it difficult in order for him to come back next year. More money for them. Is this a centre for education or just making money? This is not a cheap College. My son feels violated and despondent. Do these people not know how to motivate sutdents in doing better rather than just breaking them down in refusing to mark there work. My son worked hard this year. He went to all his classes (missing very few) and doing all of his assignments on time. What a waste of time & money!!
