Dissapointed Student.

Hi, I am a part-time student at Varsity College Sandton. I have been emailing and calling for the past 2 weeks to get my results but no one is able to assist. I am not happy at all about how this matter is being handled. I should not be calling in to get my results as a student who has been studying for 2 years and through the pandemic I believe that alone is a mission now I have to suck out the results that I have worked so hard for. I do not understand why this is such a mission, you guys are very quick to call and ask for money but never quick to get back to students regarding their query. This has been an absolute nightmare can I get this sorted out asap.
