DISGUSTING SERVICE RECEIVED

I have had a horrible experience with Varsity College after transferring to online for my third and final year of varsity. 2 of my modules do not have lecturers despite the module starting on the 27th of February.

I am horrified with the lack of communication and the lack of care received by the institution despite my many calls and queries extended.

This is absolutely disgusting.

WHAT WILL VC DO TO COMPENSATE FOR THE TIME LOST BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND SIMPLY ALLOCATE LECTURERS TO STUDENTS WHO ARE PAYING TO STUDY.

I AM DISGUSTED.
