Disgrace for a private institution. No care for what is on the students best interest

I am shocked at the fact that the telephone issue has been going on for years. It's our first year, we requested a to view my child's paper as the results made no sense. I can see some people say they fail students and results disappear because they will make more money out of you by having you repeat a module. They claim to have a 5 day policy after which you cannot have a remark. Mind you to comb through this policy on the student portal is a nightmare. They have 32 documents of policies. I had to ask them which one has the info on the 5 day policy. That document in question has 46 pages. They expect the student to read them all and remember the content in there. How ridiculous!!! If you look at the document it will put you to sleep, So much information, most of which unnecessary and a waste of students precious time. I wonder if they expect the student to study the material of the course or their ridiculously not straightforward nor simple policies. VC you need to wake up. We pay the fancy prize and yet your service stinks! As long as a student's fees are up to date you have no right to keep them from seeing their paper. Why won't they allow this? The 5 day is just a ****!!! Makes no sense. They hiding something. And want students to repeat modules to fill their pockets.
