Disappointment

I have a problem. During the holidays I called Varsity College and came to the campus directly to campus to register for my second year to which they had told me that I passed my modules I have nothing to worry out but when campus opened I was told that I failed and I have to retake a module. They asked me who I spoke to but I don't remember, what I don't understand is why must I remember when they should know when I paid my fees there was nothing of that module. it is a big inconvenience and my modules for this year are still not working but work is handed out and is due soon, but I am told to come back. Nothing is being done about it up to now.
