My daughter registered with varsity college Sandton last year in Feb 2020. Unfortunately end of March the country was under lockdown due to Covid - 19, School was closed.

Nothing happened for the 1st semester, we never received assignments or school work from the school.

2nd Semester

The school start sending us assignments around July/August my daughter submitted those assignments on the portal and passed them.

Later my daughter was told to pay money for safety net exams which we did in order she wrote exams again.

Exam missing online

Exams disappear on the portal We’ve been trying to contact the school to get her results, later her results came as 0 marks. Can someone from the school explain to me what happened exactly and what happened to the school fees that was paid for the 1st semester because nothing happened during that time due to Covid-19.

I would like to get my refund for the 1st semester.
