Disappointed

I am so red now with anger. They are the most expensive and they give the worst service.

They mess up your statement and add additional charges which doesn't make sense which is ***** they **** you out of money by putting entries on your account. when you contact them to correct it no one answers your calls or emails. They treat the student hostile when the student goes to find out about these issues. I have trying to get hold of someone to assist from May this year.
