Deregisteration process

If only I can record a voice note here, I was going to do so. Where do I start?! Okay firstly their communication is bad. They are so confusing one minute they send me a message to update my students portal then the next their students advisor tells me the opposite. I had to deregister due to their lack of communication pertaining the starting date they didnt update me even though I had paid the R2000 for registration fee. I have deregistered but they are now sending me emails regarding their class time tables and I got an email saying i need to pay for fees even though i haven't even once attended their classes. I'm so frustrated. I only learned now that they don't care about anyone but money.
