I was mislead first time met with Kabelo student advisor wanted to know if they funded by nsfas he agreed that nsfas fund them so he said we must pay R1750 of application fee for a bachelor's degree then I paid after that my child has a new student advisor Elmarie Smith my child ask again about if nsfas fund varsity college she agreed we still have a chat of that communication then they say we must pay R2000 of Pre registration then I paid that as well after then the they call the child informed her tha she is going to do higher certificate is R400 so Kabelo made us pay R1750 instead of R400, we went to the finance to find out what is the procedure since nsfas going to pay for the studies, then finance give us different story that nsfas do not fund them. I paid R1750 and R2000 because I was mislead by them since now that they don't fund by nsfas I need refund because I am mislead by them and they cannot tell me that it is non-refundable because they mislead me. When I went to get the refund the Indian lady was so rude did not want to listen to me. The mislead and the rudeness I got from varsity college
