bad service

Hi I went to Varsity college in 2011 and did a Certificate and unfortunately I couldn't complete the course. So now I decided to go back to school initially wanted to go IMM graduate school but looking at the qualification I wanted to do the modules were the same as the one I did in Varsity College however they couldn't credit them because I didn't finish the course in VC, so I decided to go to VC and ask them if its possible for me to finish the course seeing it was 7 years ago and to my surprise they said yes okay great then I decided not to go to IMM anymore might as well just finish at VC so they sent me a proforma of how much I should pay considering that some modules will be credited and the total amount came to R28930.00 if I settle it before end of January or pay R31000.00 over the period of 10 months and this was given to me in December 2017 for 2018. On the 05th of February 2018 I went to register then they telling me the curriculum has changed I have to redo the whole course they will only credit two modules and now the fees went up to R50100, I have to pay R20,000.00 more than what they sent me in December. now my frustration is that I asked if I can still finish the course and they said YES and sent me the modules I will be doing and everything came to R31,000.00 I even have emails and the Proforma and I already paid some of that now the fees went up by R20,000 which I cannot afford. if I knew that I had to redo the whole thing I would've just registered else where far cheaper than that but because I was toild I can still finish the course then I went with VC now I cant register anywhere because school has already started and I can not pay R20,000.00 extra cause that's not what we agreed on so what must happen now? in their defence they said I want to finish the course 7 years later surely a lot has changed and I totally understand that but when they did the proforma in December 2017 they didn't know about the new changes that will take place in 2018 why did they tell me I can still finish the course? where am I going to get the extra R20,000? even if I decide not to go to VC anymore where am I going to register this time of the year? I was suppose to start classes next week! Everyone keeps saying 7 years later???? I can still go back to school even when I am 50 years old, besides its not like I just walked in I asked first and they told me its possible to finish the course!!!
