Bad customer service, Terrible!

Varsity College Sandton has absolutely no customer service knowledge, we have a returning student who wants to sign up, we wait on their calls for over an hour, when someone picks up they say they will call you back and never do. We only wanted to return because you took so long to give us results in the first place they we cant go somewhere else. Customer service sucks from the day after we signed up.
