appalling service and constant issues.

This is a terrible institution. Be prepared for numerous issues if you choose to study here. They have consistent issues with their online systems which they seem to change continuously. They have incorrectly recorded students results and then make it the students problem to try resolve the issue despite it being caused by them. There is also absolutely no internal communication between departments so when trying to resolve the issues they have caused you need to speak to several people and work very hard at getting their mistakes fixed. Now after finishing 4 months ago we are still being hounded to go and check whether there are more errors or "anomalies" and missing items in our results and documents. Trying to get the basic services you pay for is far more difficult than any degree you can study with them.
