AFRIKAANS POE SUPPLEMENTARY

My daughter is doing Education Foundation Phase at Varsity College ,Sandton . She got an Afrikaans POE Supplementary Exam in December 2021. She went to view the script, she found the script with no comments . She emailed the lecturer to find out what she did wrong as there were no comments on the script . He sent comments the day before the submission date . She corrected the POE according to the comments only to receive a lower mark from the sup. How is it possible to get a lower mark for a POE that was done according the lecturers comments? I feel this is unfair and I need Varsity college to get an external assessor as we have app**** for a remark and feel that as colleagues they are still going to fail her.

I saw your miscall I took my daughter to the doctor as she is not handling the whole situation well. She says when they do a sup they are not allowed to change a lot. For a person who got 45% and had to make changes for 5% and got 36% .I do not understand that , may I get an external assessor as I have requested. Who do I contact at Varsity College? May I ask that both scripts be assessed by an external assessor

I would like to thank everyone who assisted my daughter with the Afrikaans POE issue . The matter has been resolved . Thanks again . As a parent I learnt a lot from this issue.
