Administration issues

I am feeling very frustrated. I received a confirmation of acceptance in 2021. My acceptance is dependent on my final academic transcript. On the 19th of January, I sent my final academic transcript and a letter of completion to a consultant who said she would upload them on my behalf. This consultant is not the same person who helped me last year, as she went on leave. I asked for an update on the 26th of January 2022. I was told to wait for approval from the admissions department. Today, the 4th of February 2022, I asked for another update and for the email address of the admissions department because I am not being given proper feedback regarding my admissions process. I received an sms shortly after I sent the email stating that documents have been submitted. Last year, I was informed there is limited space to study the Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology. Although I was offered early acceptance, that doesn't secure my place. How come I got an sms saying the documents were only submitted today? Why weren't the documents submitted when I sent them? Now I have to wait 7 more days to know whether or not I can register, even though I sent the required documents to go through to admissions weeks ago?
