2011Office Administration certificate not received to date

I wrote to Hello Peter before about my certificate that I was not able to fetch in 2011/12 due to logistic issues which I understand that was not the the college's problem. They where in touch with me and they asked I paid 400 for a reprint of my Office Administration certificate but to date I have not received it. I was communicating with Lungile Mahlalela who stopped emailing me in 2020. I understand that there was Covid and all but could they have not stayed in touch with me and advised me when to fetch my certificate. 2024 June and I must run after them.i refuse to pay them any more money. I want my certificate. I had emailed that Lungile person my proof of payment in 2020 and I got nothing to show for the money. Any student that goes to that college. Go at your own risk.
