witch hunters

<p>Varisty College Pretoria WAS a really nice school to attend, but the people who work there arent friendly at all. After completing my studies, my degree was withheld due to unpaid fees. they hounded us for unpaid fees like they were going on a witch hunt, every single time i hadnt paid my fees they would kick me out, and suprisingly when i owe fees, everyone is at work and everyone is awake and competent. So i finished Paying my fees, im trying to find out when i can fetch my certificate, and all of a sudden people are on lunch, or someone cant help me because they dont know what im talking about, the rude student receptionist is telling me "sweeedy theres nothing i can do to help, the people who can help you arent here". I ve been calling since monday they told me my payment hasnt been allocated, i call on wednesday and they say i can come fetch me certificate and i get there and no one can help me. This makes zero sense, im then told to come back at five and they will leave my certficate by reception, when i knock off ( yes, im doing all this during company hours ) i get there and theres nothing. I call again and they tell me my certificate was returned to the IIE and it would take a week to get here. Does varsity college not know that i havent recieved my certificate? i think they do! do they not know that i finished paying my fees? its on the system isnt it? So why do i have to struggle to get something that i paid for? When th tables have turned, and they not trying to **** you and swear at you because you didnt pay, everyone seems ***********. I had to call the IIE myself to find out whats going on with my certificate, only then was i told it would be couriered and will recieve it on monday. Varsity College Pretoria did not give me any information regarding my situation and i had called and called and no one could help me, i even made trips during my work hours to try and find out what isgoing on. I dont want anything from VC except my certifcate. Im writing this to urge people and parents to not go to VC, they not only look down on people, they mark according to colour and they dont care about their students well being, they just want to watch the money come in. they charge you even for breathing on campus but cant even help you with one thing. they attack you when you owe then, but run tail tucked in when the tables are turned, DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO VC PTA</p>
