Varsity College, the leaders in incompetence

My daughter is a second year BCom student at Varsity College in Pretoria. Her student fees have been paid in full on the 3rd of February 2022, proof of which was sent to Varsity College as ABSA did a direct transfer for the full amount on the said date. To date, my daughter has not received her time table, log-in details of proof of registration. A lady by the name of Robyn, with whom my daughter has been in contact via email and WhatApp, for several WEEKS keeps promising to send the information, but alas, has not done so. Classes have already started and my daughter has no information! I have tried calling the Pretoria campus several times, but there is no answer. I have emailed '***'; '***'; and '***' We obviously do not receive the service and product we pay for! My advice to any prospective student is to steer clear of any IIE institution.

My daughter cannot study. Studies have started and she does not even have login details or a time table, yet I have to sell a kidney to pay you for your lack of service!

Thank you to Lyndsay de Sa, who has connected me to the manager for Online Operations is Rosemarie Vieira, *** and Campus Head is David McConnell, ***.
My apologies to Lyndsay as the Pretoria Campus is not to blame, but the Online Campus. Therefore my apologies and thanks to Lyndsay for pointing me in the right direction.

I have reached out to the above mentioned persons at the online campus, as well as Robyn Barlow, who has neglected to respond to my daughter's multiple requests for the relevant information. Robyn has responded to my email, stating that she has "sent my request through and will inform me when she hears anything", which of course does not cut it! Sent it through where, and when can I expect feedback? No, this is totally unacceptable. I pay a premium for my daughter's studies and have not received the services I pay for.
My daughter is falling behind due to your negligence, lack of responsibility and action and this is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I want this resolved by the end of this week, or my money back in full.

I have had a telephonic conversation with a lady from Varsity Online last week on Wednesday, 2 March 2022, who have promised to send me the login details for my daughter.
To date no information was sent, my daughter still cannot access her account or commence her studies, although all fees have been paid in FULL.
I have twice sent emails this week in order to follow up, but have not had the courtesy of a reply.
I want my money back!
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED THAT YOU EXPLOIT PEOPLE'S GOOD FAITH, INVESTMENT INTO THEIR CHILDREN AND OF THE FALSE ADVERTISING!
Give me what I paid for or give my money back!
