Varsity College Pretoria, subjecting us to abuse

My daughter(St ***0)and myself have been subjected to finanial, psychological abuse by the college. When she registered for a module we were given a once off amount which we paid. Suddenly in May, when she was about to write her semester exam she was informed that there was an outstanding amount that we were not aware of. Her portal is even blocked. This is frustrating as she cannot even view her results.
