Varsity college "Poor service"

I am a student at varsity college Pretoria campus or rather was...

The institution has a very poor service. It's been almost a month since I requested my letter of completion, on the 3rd of January 2023 I requested my letter the way I should "with student hub", till today I haven't received anything and worse thing is that they don't even communicate with us on what's going with our letters.

When I called the student hub, thier consultants always have different stories of what's going on. Others go as far as not telling the truth.

Today on the 31 January I called the student hub and they said to me the registry has my letter but they can't issue it to me because there's marks that that are not appearing, again the reason for marks not to appear is the result department issue. When I called the result department today 31 January they didn't pick up, I waited on the line to be helped for more than 20 minutes with no response.

I am not coming back to the institution to further my studies or to even advice anyone to come and study at the institution because they don't care about Thier students. I don't even owe them Thier fees.
