Varsity College Marking Policy

<p>I wrote a Law of Property Supplementary Examination. </p> <p>One of questions was what would constute an ******** clause in a mortgage bond.</p> <p>Amongst others, I wrote "Any clause that is against the Constitution of 1996"</p> <p> </p> <p>For this I was marked wrong. As far as Law is concerned, the Constitution is the Highest Law in the country, so anything against the Constitution is wrong. Apparently my answer was "too broad"</p> <p> </p> <p>Had I got that one mark, I would've passed my exam. </p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly they don't think the Constitution is the Supreme Law. Otherwise... well they would've marked it correct.</p>
