Varsity College lectures

I do not understand how the varsity college lectures mark exam papers. My finance received 28% on his exam paper and asked for a remark in which he jumped to 42% I do not understand how this is possible as this is a huge error, which discourages you and makes you question how the entire institution. I am beginning to even question the exam entrance mark as there could of been an error on that too.

Varsity college what is your policy when it comes to student grievances as he wants to get his test papers remarked as well, furthermore, what is the policy for concessions as he is sitting at a final mark of 47% ? Is it possible to receive a 3% concession so he passes and obtains his degree?
