Unfair fees calculations
fees not calculated the right way even after cancelling during mid year before the second semester starts we were made to pay the full year

I have been checking my whatsapp communication with my son and i have discovered that most communications where unfortunately done over the calls but it shows that we did the transfer application by June and to me that failed and app**** for the cancellation immediately. When you are saying you can only see the July communications on your file i dont get your point. Please look at this matter deeply.
You can call and share your email so i can send you the conversation screen shots. and in that June itself he was still busy with the exams.

02 Mar 2021, 13:21unfortunately i dont have those as my laptop crashed and lost everything, i thought the whatsapp communication will actually give you an idea of when the transfer request happened. i guess we can close this case here and will see how we pay all the money which is not fair but anyway, there is nothing much that i can produce as proof. i wanted to crush your proof that shows that our transfer application only happened in July which was wrong. so its fine keep on robbing people, God shall see us through.
