Terrible registration process

First year registrations were a breeze. But trying to become a second year student is an absolute horrible experience. Nobody answers the phone, the systems do not work and you have to beg them to send the link to your books. This is an experience from a friend, she went into campus to figure out what was going on. She told them that she called so many times but nobody answered. The lady at reception said that they turn the phones off because there are too many phone calls from students trying to figure out what is going on. Truly a frustrating and terrible experience trying to register for second year.
