SUPER POOR SERVICE (FINANCE AND FRONT DESK DEPARTMENT)
Varsity College has truly dropped its standards , i have been requesting my refund for the past 4 months and they keep taking me from pillar to post, when they want your money they do not waste time recruiting you but when they must return your refund then they go over 4 months telling you all sorts of stories ...their lack of communication is just very disappointing, the staff has attitude and the customer service is just appalling... as an alumni coming from a time when when varsity college was top service rated in it time (2***), the ball has certainly dropped below zero, if this continues they will be on UNISA's poor level in no time *super angry and disappointed*

24 Aug 2023, 14:36Hello , thank you for getting back to me, I didn't even think you would reply based on the disastrous interaction i have had with the staff at VC Pretoria, my name is Suzan Raphela, i have relocated to the UAE and all i want is my refund because i cancelled my contract, but i have been displeased with the lack of communication from finance to front desk reception... I sent my PA to go a couple of times but they keep shoving her off and are pretty rude to her , Maria Chuene is the finance lady i have been speaking to, at 1st she was communicating with me properly and then she just went silent for over a month, i followed up and she just kept quiet and they send us from pillar to post ... but anyway, you can send me an email (***) and i will forward my email trail with her, if you need more information, you are also welcome to call my PA ,Rebecca on ***, she will be happy to give you the full brief
