SamBrowns- the worst outsourced fast food company

This is not my first complaint about sambrowns situated at Varsity College Pretoria. Today in particular (22/03/16) I wanted to order a Chicken wrap as its the only food available that is sold at a reasonable price. I was told their is no stock due to there being no lettuce . I then proceeded to order chicken strips and chips and once again there is no stock. The reason being is they do not have potatoes to make chips. This store is completely pathetic. Very poor service as you wait extremely long periods to order your food which are sold at very high prices and very limited variety especially when they hardly have stock to complete orders. Varsity College needs to pick up their socks when it comes to outsourcing a fast food outlet to people such as SamBrowns. This is a private college where students pay high prices for great education and great service. Unfortunately Sambrowns is a complete failure to the standards set by Varsity College.
