Rude receptionist & Transfer delay

VARSITY COLLEGE IS A COMPANY AND NOT A SCHOOL ! I have been told this plenty of times by previous students and I chose to experience it myself. Firstly the ‘faces’ of the school which are the receptionists because they’re the first ones you see when you walk in, are not welcoming. It’s a specific receptionist to be exact, her name is Thato and she has short blond hair and a very disgusting attitude. A lot of parents and students have complained about her previously but nothing has been done. She mistreats people on a daily basis, and people always complain, but GUESS WHAT? She’s still there with her stinking behavior EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I submitted an application for a transfer on Thursday, 18 February 2021 and I handed it to her, she didn’t even look at it she just put it there on her desk..I told her that I needed a copy to give to the school i’m going to & she told me that I don’t need it. Okay, as I expected the school i’m being transferred to needed a hardcopy transfer letter to which Thato said I don’t need.

23 February 2021 I return to the school and I tell her that I need the transfer letter, she argues with me that I don’t bathong. I make it a point that I’m not leaving without that transfer letter. She rudely tells me to sit down and she calls Tivane. When Tivane comes she tells me that i’m not on the system, as in they didn’t receive my transfer application. I don’t understand if whether Thato threw away my transfer letter after I left or what, but this is an inconvenience and it’s delaying my transfer process !

I know for sure that nothing will be done about this, but people need to know how much of a drag that school is.
