Registration Refund Refusal

These people are pure ********. I asked for a registration refund of R2000 since I can't be studying there anymore because I refuse to pay R9900 per month but luckily for me I didn't even finish signing their registration contract. I kindly sent the school emails that I would like to be taken off their registration list but I got no response.

Currently I am trying to get my money back and these people are hoarding the R2000 while I even have receipts with me.

They keep throwing all kinds of bs excuses to not pay me back but they know I am no longer interested...

This institution isn't what it claims to be. Don't waste your precious time and money, and imagine I am going through so much nonsense and I haven't even started studying there yet...
