Racial inequality

As an establishment there should come a time when one should look at how we can turn this institution from a business to a respectable education institute, however, time and time again I have been met with disappointing responses from members of staff, who blatantly just don’t care, since 2020 I’ve noticed that even though I send an email at the same time as my girlfriend, who has a white surname, I am always the second option, which to me implies something deeper. Same exact email complaining about the same exact thing, but one person is treated in a more superior way, I was very reluctant to even give a review to start off with, but the establishment has forced my hand and I will not be held a victim to racial inequality in 2021, when it can simply be avoided by just responding at the same time as another email. Something as simple as copy and paste could’ve avoided a review like this and to Varsity College as a whole I’m sorry that within your ranks you have bad eggs that are continuously tarnishing your name, but unfortunately it is a problem that only you can sort out, and by not sorting it out it simply seems like you don’t care, which is most disappointing for me, because what you’re promoting is not what we’re getting.
