No certificate degeee?

I phoned head office today to speak to someone about graduation. However, there is only one person who works at the graduation department and he / she wasn't in there office today. How am I suppose to get help if there is no one who can give me help?

I phoned my campus (Pretoria), after being more than 5min listening to music I put the phone down, twice. Again no one is able to help me.

2 weeks ago I was at the campus to ask if I can get my PGCE certificate earlier than graduation (we haven't received any communication on when graduation is after logging numerous tickets to find out after completing it in Dec 2021). I need the certificate because the Education Department is needing it. Yet they told me they can't print just one certificate for one person. They are literally keeping me from a job.

After paying R40 000 for my degree how am I suppose to get help?
