Messy, Unfair Policies

I wrote an exam paper for my Taxation module. After a few weeks I got my mark and decided to review my exam paper. NOW the BIG ISSUE is this - as I was reviewing my exam script, I was not allowed access to the question paper nor the memo. How can I review a paper without knowing the question nor the mark allocation? " it's policy " Secondly the mark on the student portal, the mark on the exam paper and the mark I calculated were different.
