Lost diploma 16 weeks later NO replacement in sight!

In Oct 2018 I contacted Varsity Collage to get a replacement diploma, I moved to Canada and in the move a box got lost with all my documents. I paid the fee and submitted the affidavit and document for a replacement 28-10-18. I was told 6 - 8 weeks before I will be ready, jump to 3-01-18, not available, follow up 25 Jan not available, receive a letter of completion but still no diploma, 25 Feb, now I don't even get an answer from Mr Ralph or Ms Oliver on the status of the reprint. SIXTEEN weeks LATER and STILL no diploma, in the mean time my anxiety is through the roof as I need an original certified copy of my diploma as part of my Canadian citizenship application that is due to be submitted 26 March. All other institutions I have requested a new diploma or certificate has comp**** and provided the copy except Varsity College. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that a replacement can take 16+ weeks, I was understanding when I was told its due to December closure, what's the excuse now?? I am totally fed-up with this pathetic service!
