Keeping important information from students

The payroll, Bookkeeping and Monthly SARS return was Hugely advertise by Varsity College and next to this a Certificate on completion. This got my attention as me and my husband running our own business I want to do the Bookkeeping, SARS returns and Payroll myself. I went to the classes on Saturdays, write the tests and the exam last year 2017. I call Varsity College and ask them when to expect my certificate paying around R6000 you expect some feedback and importantly your certificate. I was then only informed by Justin Ralph and Anneli Palm notify me that I have to complete 3 more modules costing at R6000 each to quality for the Certificate. So I had to pay R24000 for one certificate really???? and they further told me that they have send the information to me in previously before my registration. But take note there were about 5 attachments send and it said in the document "On successfull completion of this Pyroll and Monthly SARS Return subject, students will receive a full transcript of results from the ICB Finance Accounting Service Sector Education and Traning Aurhtority (FASSET) will issue your qualification certificate to you within three to six months once and if you have completed all subjects that make up your qualification". Now tell me what is wrong with this "quote" why were there not specified you need to to 4 more different modules in order to receive one certificate. As a business owner myself this is such crucial and important information you need to specify this either over the phone or on email with your students. Just for the record I am studying towards a National Diploma (3 years partime) at another institution and I am paying a little bit less for a Diploma than Varsity College who charge R24000 for a certificate only. Varsity College might as well change they logo to "money talks it can lay, manipulate but we dont talk"
