i could write a book

this places administration is SO BAD. not even the employees know what they are doing, you talk to Rebecca in the CRO about having lost your belongings and therefore dont have a ID, student card, drivers licences.... and she tells you to bring a avidavite or copy of identification, to be allowed to write, the day of writing, i have both copy of identification and an avidavite, the invigilators tell me i cant write with any of these i need to go to the CRO to get assistance or someting, you get there and unfortunately you cant talk to Rebecca agian cause she busy or not there, so you speak to someone else and they are shocked that you thought you could write with these and you tell them Rebecca said i could, and they tell you new information, you are now late and have 30 minutes to write a 1 hour paper, day of results come and you dont get yours, so you go to enquire in the CRO AGAIN, and you talking to someone new AGAIN and guess what? THEY TOO TELL YOU SOMETHING NEW, and they also disagree with Rebecca, and the other lady who help you, so now you fail and you still dont know the write way of doing things cause they too dont know.

i had to go back and forth for grad, i was like when is grad, im not receiving any communication about grad, tell me my they sent it to me a week and a half before grad.... i was so ****ed.

when i first registered they told i need to do a bridging course Higher certificate in Event Management in order for me to do my degree Psychology, i finish my Higher certificate, all excited i come to register for BA and they tell me EVMT doesnt guarantee entry to BA anymore i missed 4 weeks of class fighting back and forth about this, and they told me I HAVE TO do another higher certificate or i can do BCOM... i dont know BCOM i have no interest in BCOM. but i do BCOM anyway, they won. during grad my friend whom i was studying with EVMT wanted to do BCOM and they told her she cant do BCOM she has to do BA... like how does this work, she left Varsity College to go studying in a new school and shes doing BCOM

i could legit have an entire podcast and Varsity college and ttheir sus moves

one time they told my father he had to X amount i have no idea for, he had no idea for what, so we came to school to ask what this outstanding amount is for and they kept on saying things that didnt make sense, after a whole 2 weeks of this, they were like it must have been a mistake.

is this genuinely how unis operate? is someone supposed to look into this?
