********** and ******** people

This is supposed to be an institution we should trust with our children future. They do all thy can to manipulate and con people into paying for a degree and after payment say your child does not meet the requirements then bully you into taking up another offer when kids do not qualify and knowing they have to refund the R2000 fee, to claim they will assist with financial aid know the parent cannot afford as i was open and honest to say i have received financial aid but for a government institution and still wanting me to first see how they can assist me. They knew what they doing as now they refuse to refund my R2000 as to then its probarbly a scoring game and wanting to make money out of parents. How do u do this to parents who just want the best for there children. Now they use the second offer against me as an excuse not to pay my money back and just keep it for themselves. Out of all the government and private institutions i have been dealing with this whole time Varsity College Pretoria was the worst even with administration and communication. I regret ever thinking its one of the best institutions after people tried to warn me about them i still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now i regret it too. The accepted him on lower Gr11 marks for the specific degree, made me pay R2000 to keep his spot safe and then passes his matric much better and they claim he does not meet the requirements and forcing him to take up another degree. It was never disclosed that while they trying to sound as if they going the extra mile off helping that if i click offer on the second attempt that i will loose my R2000 and confirming if I'm willing to do that after they knew i was not happy with the second option they offered which is only a higher certificate. For me it was a whole ******** thing. They lost my sons documents so many times, that should have been my first sign to just stay away from them. People please be very careful when dealing with Varsity College.
