Experience with Varsity College Pretoria Campus

I am quite disappointed with Varsity College Pretoria. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to continue my studies in the second semester, despite having paid in full. On 7 May I completed the necessary forms for the finance department to process a refund for the remaining balance.

I spoke to a representative who assured me that the refund would be processed before my departure from South Africa, as I am an international student. Before leaving, I called three times requesting an update, but I never received a return call. I have also sent numerous emails inquiring about the status of my refund.

It has now been seven weeks since I submitted all the required forms to the finance department. At the beginning of the year, I received multiple calls urging me to pay promptly, yet now the refund process is being unreasonably delayed. This situation is quite disappointing.
