***** games when refund is needed

I have been waiting for my refund from Varsity College Pretoria ... they have been promising to pay back the money within 10 working days but surprisingly up to date there are no funds deposited to my account...the funds were deposited to the institution wrongly and i sent them all the proof of payments...i have contacted them many times and they keep on promising with no action...i'm really frustrated i want to redirect these funds to my son's new institution but i'm stucked now don't know what to do...wondering if they keep this money to earn interest out of it...i will never advise anyone to try this institution it is not reliable and does not care about the people
