Debiting wrong amount after numerous call to fix it

I have never seen a bunch of *********** people like vc finance, i spend a whole month trying to fix my account to debit R1990 but they keep debiting R2600 thats inconvenience they dont even care when you speak to tell they keep pointing at each other. I will block you from debiting and i want my money back.

Pretoria, i got another debit order now, R2660 and R2550, I want the bank charge of the second debit paid back to me. as R110 i can send statement and fedup.
