Bad service and Bad attitude

<p>This institution for the mony you pay you should receive great service but its the worst i have ever come across. When it come to the finance department they are rude. When i had called in the first time to ask a question a lady called Simphiwe basically told me that she wasnt willing to explain why the correct procedure hadnt been followed. She also pushed the fact she had moved on from that. The second time i called a Lady called Refiloe told me that she wasnt willing to help me and referred me to her boss to help. They continued to be rude. The third person i dealt with which is the Manager of the finance department told she was going to do something but she didnt at all. She also continued to tell me how i can go to her boss and tell her something i didnt even tell her. She was blantly rude. Everytime she says shes going to send an email she doesnt and i have to feel like im running after them for the money they owe me. I was promised a certain thing and it wasnt done at all. When you are a paying client/customer you deserve for every query of yours to be answered and it to be done politely. They havent done that at all now i must be the one running after them when at the end of the day, this shouldnt be my problem to fix. Still till today im waiting for my email. When you want to lay a complaint, they give you the run around.</p>
