Bad Service
<p>I lost my diploma because of relocating, so i contacted the varsity College to assist me with reprinting on the 2nd of february i got a reply from a lady who works at VCpretoria Mariska Smith with the information that i need to pay R400 and then i must bring proof and avidavit to the school before graduation. because most of reprints happens around april. i did as per her request then went to VC Pretoria on tuesday 7march. then i was informed that i must use the varsity portal student hub. since well now you can do your own printing online Mariska was very helpful. my problem is i have been trying to do what they want online, and it keeps saying submision unsuccessful. and when i send an email to ********** wich is suppose to be the helpline. they is no reply. i just want a reprint of my diploma. and i have the proof of payment and avidavit that was requested from me. please assist. </p>

I received a call from the principal Lyndsay da Sa and the matter with uploading documents on their system has been resolved. and She promised that I will get my diploma when they print, cause the printing is only done once a year. I would like to thank the principal for going an extra mile in resolving my problem.

I received a call from the principal Lyndsay da Sa and the matter with uploading documents on their system has been resolved. and She promised that I will get my diploma when they print, cause the printing is only done once a year. I would like to thank the principal for going an extra mile in resolving my problem.

As per my last conversation with the school principal. graduation date was on the 9th May and i was promised to get my Diploma after graduation. since well reprinting is only done once a year. Now its 6 day after graduation the is no email or phoune call regarding my query. ive send an email to Lyndsay de Sa yesterday just trying to find out when i can come for collection. I just need to find out when it will be ready so that i can come for collection. if its month end its fine ill come. i just want to know.
