Do not apply for the Bcom law Degree

I hear what you saying. If you read the prospectus of the other institutions in south africa that have the Bcom law program and LLB, you'll see that they credit the students from the same institution the modules from bcom law to LLB, the modules are in line with each other and there is no issues regarding NQF levels. It is a different story if you come from a different institution then yes you'll have to pick up extra credits because the curriculum is different but never from the same institution. I'm pleading with the institution to align the bcom law program with the llb to avoid issues regarding NQF levels and to look at the other institutions as an example to how it should be done because this will leave other students stranded seeing that fees are already expensive and it is a struggle to apply and get accepted into the other institutions.
