Very disappointed with service and lack of interest

My daughter attended the campus in Port Elizabeth/Gqerbhera in 2022...doing her post graduate in Honours in Psychology. We were very impressed with the campus and the way the college conducted everything, but unfortunately this is not the case any longer. My daughter has been battling for months to get a credit for an overpayment on her fees for the year. Now she has been trying to access her marks and results for the year. She has been told, after following up and having to constantly preempt communication that her assignments and exam weren't marked and the Lecturer is no longer employed. This is appaling Varsity College! With no real answers forthcoming. I used to recommend VC as an ideal learning institution, but now would rather warn people from registering, based on the lack of interest and professionalism offered to my daughter, who has been a committed, hardworking student.
