Varsity college is a NO NO !!!

Hello, my name is Nabeelah and I’m 21 years old. On the 5/02/2020 i went to VC because I made an appointment to talk about a few things. My mom spoke to a guy at VC about my situation because I am currently in my 2nd year in Bcom Business Management but I decided that I wanted to change to Teaching. My parents and I were sitting in the meeting discussing my career choice because I had to decide if I wanted to complete my Bcom or study at VC. The guy at VC said he can squeeze me in because there’s no more space for me to study but he can promise me a position if I pay my fees so my parents paid the R4131 and a extra R1750 for late registration.. they did not tell me I am going to sign a contract and they didn’t tell me what the cancellation process is. I done my payment today at 10:30 and I went back at 3pm wanting my money back because I wanted to take a gap year and financially my parents couldn’t afford it. I made a quick decision and now I can’t get any refund. I got very bad service and the staff was rude.. please help me get my refund I am struggling
