Useless

Same lady from accounts has called me 3 times telling me debit orders have failed. I have done direct deposits and have paid to date. Nothing is outstanding yet they are still trying to debit my account. Proof of payment sent through. No one higher up at VC Port Elizabeth can take my call. No correspondence sent to account payer. I am in the dark
