Rude accounts employee in Port Elizabeth

I would like to raise this complaint directly to the Port Elizabeth Campus… with regards to the accounts department, they have woman employees that have regard for their tone of speaking to us as account holders…my son was harassed on a few occasion and was told to watch his tone!! My son was not rude or disrespectful in the least, my son told the lady to call his dad as he was responsible for the account. She kept calling him and she was the one with a disrespectful tone.I called in to complain to this woman’s manager telling her they have no right to talk to my son in that manner and she told me flat out she is siding with this woman in the disrespected way she spoke to my son..her manager was unfriendly and unhelpful. The two ladies i spoke to should not be working in this institution as they have no **** regard for account holders or the students they harass for outstanding accounts.
